Career Action Planning (CAP) Session

Hi, I’m Joellyn Schwerdlin - Your Career Success Coach.

Since 1991, I’ve coached dozens of executives and professionals just like you who have successfully secured new career positions -- or have become much happier within their current employers; plus, they are well-compensated for the work that they do.

I’m sure you’re facing a number of issues that have brought you to your current state of discontent.

We probably can't completely handle all of them in one conversation; However, here’s what I believe we CAN do:

In ONE telephone meeting (approx. 90 minutes to 2 hours) which I call the Career Action Planning (CAP) Session we should be able to:

(1) Review your current situation in detail;

(2) Figure out what you've been doing to change it;

(3) Identify what's working and what needs attention;

(4) Write up an action plan to solve your problem.

45-minute follow-up session, to review your action plan steps;
